Let's talk about an idiot who set his ex-gal's place on fire

Hi,

I know it has been awhile but I have been looking for work, since I was recently laid

and really do not want to freelance again and get into trouble with the IRS.

Today I want to write about an ex-con who was so pissed off at his former girlfriend

that he set her Canyon Lake home on fire and kidnapped her, taking her to Mexico and holding her captive for five weeks.

Richard Eric Gurzi was 39 at the time he pleaded guilty on Aug. 8, 2007 to arson, kidnapping, making criminal threats, vandalism, assault and carjacking.

He also admitted to sentence-enhancing weapons allegations.

He was immediately sentenced to 12 years in prison.

Gurzi had been on the lam for two months, eventually being tracked down to a town south of Ensenada.

Creech was found safe in La Jolla, Ca. the same day Gurzi was arrested.

Gurzi had abused Stephanie Creech in the past and had been arrested four times before he kidnapped her.

After his latest arrest in 2006, Gurzi, who hailed from Sun City , Ca., found Creech in Canyon Lake and proceeded to woo her.

It did not work, as Creech was dating someone new.

Gurzi eventually used a metal pipe to assault three victims and caused thousands of dollars in vandalism damage at another location before spiriting her away by force and carjacking two vehicles as part of his getaway.

It was never made clear by the prosecution whether Creech managed to escape from Gurzi or whether he let her go.

La Jolla is about 40 miles north of the U.S.-Mexico border.

  1. And I knew S. Creech, She went willingly, testified to that, he was prosecuted because of the severity of his idiocracy but kidnapping? NO. She is happy in her new life.
