What Do Lindsay Lohan and Andy Dick Have In Common?

Well, both Lohan and Dick were forced to wear alcohol or drug alert bracelets, called SCRAM and the SCRAM on both celebrities pinged just months after each got one.

Dick because he harassed some girl while high on drugs and alcohol in Murrieta, Ca. two summers ago and Lohan because well, she keeps drinking and getting into trouble and has in the past failed to appear in court.

Dick in October 2008 pleaded guilty to misdemeanor marijuana possession and battery counts stemming from an incident the previous summer, for pulling a teenage girl's top down after leaving a Murrieta sports bar.

The judge, Riverside Superior Court Judge John Vineyard, dismissed one count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.

Vineyard immediately sentenced the entertainer to three years probation and ordered him to pay fines totaling nearly $700.

Dick also had to wear a SCRAM.

Dick was outside a Buffalo Wild Wings bar/restaurant on July 16, 2008, when he became naughty with the girl and exposed her chest.

Arriving officers found Dick sitting in the front passenger seat of a truck, "mumbling incoherently" according to police.

The father of three denied touching the teenager, saying several times "that he did not like girls," and also denied using drugs, though a Xanax pill, and a small amount of marijuana were foun din his pants pocket, according to Murrieta police Officer Jason Calvert.

While in jail awaiting bail, Dick urinated on himself and told police that he did not alert them to the fact that he needed to use a restroom because he "did not want to knock on the window like a caged animal," according to Calvert.

On his way out the door to be transferred to the county lockup, Dick told Calvert that "Karma is going t o get you ... tenfold," Calvert wrote in an affidavit.

So far, there have been no reports of Lohan wetting her pants -- I mean when she wears them -- but we have all been treated to a shot of the youngun passed out in an apparently inebriated state.

Lohan's lawyer just this week said her client had a small amount of alcohol, so perhaps the young woman just did not understand that any amount is too much.

Dick, who had previous drug-related and indecent exposure convictions, is now on house arrest.

Well, at least Lohan can still get out...for now.
